He worked for Nencki AG Langenthal in Switzerland where he designed technological solutions for Daimler Benz as well as an electric car for Swiss post.

HandyShower is really easy to operate and can be used in any conditions. This is why there are countless uses for HandyShower. Thanks to the interchangeable nozzle system, HandyShower can function as a portable faucet, a bidet or a shower. Moreover, because of the water bag’s durability, HandyShower can simply be used as a water container. HandyShower can therefore be used to shower at a campsite, to wash dishes, for oblution during pilgrimages, or even to rinse your dog’s paws or to water plants.
Our mission is to enable access to water everywhere and for everyone. HandyShower is indispensible in water-scarce areas, for example in the desert or in a humanitarian disaster. HandyShower will also make lives easier for travelers, camping enthusiasts or even backyard gardeners. HandyShower will surely come in handy for everyone who likes to always be prepared.

HandyShower is the only personal hygiene device that offers the innovative 3-in-1 system. Thanks to the interchangeable nozzles, the device can function as a faucet, a bidet, or a shower. Moreover, HandyShower is equipped with a patented self-closing valve which facilitates water conservation.
The HandyShower water container can hold 0.5 gallon (2 liters) of water. If this isn’t enough for you, HandyShower can be used with any other water container.
3 quarts of water is usually enough to shower, so most probably you’ll need to refill the container, or just use HandyShower with a different container (see question 8.).
HandyShower can be used with any water container, such as a canister, a solar water bag or even a bottle, but because HandyShower is gravity-fed, the shower head has to be placed lower than a water container.

HandyShower is gravity-fed which is why a water container always has to be placed higher than the device. You can put the shower container on the car roof, for example.
The device itself weighs about 3 ounces (90 grams), and depending on the kit between 10 (300 grams) -17 (500 grams) ounces.
In order to heat water inside the HandyShower container you have to leave it in the sun for a while.
HandyShower parts are made in Poland, China and Taiwan, and the device is assembled entirely in Poland.
We’re currently testing the HandyShower head. We’ve pressed it 162.000 times and still counting!

Of course, it’s been designed that way. In order to start the water flow, you have to gently press the HandyShower head.
There are many water valves and they all have different uses. Some are durable, others are cheap, and others are portable. Until now, however, there was no valve that would be small, light, durable, reliable and cheap at the same time. The HandyShower valve has been developed over many years of trials and experiments. We are still conducting durability tests – you can follow it on our Facebook page, where we post updates on how many times the valve has been pressed.
The valve works without friction, which makes the operation really smooth, and it practically does not wear out. The valve was developed in accordance with the guidelines of organizations such as Oxfam or the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent; the guidelines can be found here (Household Handwashing Device). The problem is significant because many organizations announced contests for a handwashing device. The contests were popular among engineers all over the world, including engineers working for Boeing, Airbus or Formula 1.
HandyShower has been designed to work at low pressures, such as pressure resulting from gravity – from a bag hung at a height of 2 or 3 meters. The prescribed working pressure is between 0 and 0.3 bar. The device can be used at higher pressures, however, it requires some structural changes. We have also developed a higher pressure valve, you can see how it works here.
